Tai Chi

Presque Isle Recreation Center Tai Chi comes from an ancient Chinese tradition which involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner. The course of study is geared toward seniors, but open to all. No prior experience, special clothing or equipment with Tai Chi necessary. Current sessions are being held in the Multi-Purpose room at the SFCC. Sessions will be moved outdoors to a location that is TBD starting May 10th (weather permitting).
